If the product has a manufacturing defect

The customer has the right to replace or return the product that contains a manufacturing defect, provided that the product is in its original condition, with the purchase invoice, within 3 days from the date of purchase. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after receiving the House of the product and ensure that it conforms to the conditions:

  • Recovering the value of the product via bank transfer, this procedure takes 7-14 working days.
  • Replacing the damaged product with the same product with the same discount that the customer received within 24 hours.

 

If the product does not have a manufacturing defect

In House customers have the right to exchange or return the product, provided that the product is packaged, in its original condition, and unused, with the purchase invoice present, within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. In this case, the customer bears the shipping expenses to the In House warehouse. House / Riyadh, (the shipping value is deducted from the order value). The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after In House receives the product and

  • Recovering the value of the product via bank transfer, this procedure takes 7-14 working days.
  • Replace the product with another product of the same value within 24 hours, and if the value differs, the difference will be paid.

 

Method of returning or exchanging products when requested by the customer from the In House website:

  • Call the unified number 920000216 and create a return or replacement request.
  • The In House team sends a representative to receive the product.

Terms and conditions for the exchange and return policy:

  1. All of the following items are excluded from the exchange/return policy unless there is a manufacturing defect:
    • Furniture products: (relaxing chair, bed frame, romantic sofa, etc.).
    • Sleeping mattresses.
  2. In the event that the customer discovers any manufacturing defect in these products, furniture products: (relaxing chair, Bed frame, romantic sofa, sleeping mattresses, etc.), the product is received from the customer’s site through the services In House's logistics, the necessary maintenance is performed on it and then returned to the client's site.
    • Towels and bathrobes are excluded from exchange or return for hygienic reasons.
    • Sleeping pillows are excluded from exchange or return if they are removed from their plastic compression bag.
  3. If the customer purchases from the website, he is not entitled to exchange or return at In House showrooms.
  4. If there are deficiencies in any application, they must be reported within 3 days.
  5. The customer has the right to cancel the order within 48 hours from the date of completing the order, unless the order was shipped within this period, in which case the order cannot be cancelled.
  6. ll orders placed through split payment programs are non-exchangeable or refundable.
